Give FlexPet 90 days. If you're not happy with how your dog is doing, contact us within 90 days of delivery and we'll refund your purchase price, less shipping and handling. There's no need to send anything back.
How to request a refund
- Email customercare@flexpet.com or call 1-800-END-PAIN within 90 days of delivery. Include your order number if you have it.
- We'll refund the purchase price to your original payment method, less the original shipping and handling charges. Refunds can take 3–5 business days to appear.
For best results, give FlexPet daily for the full 90 days. Most dogs need several weeks of consistent use.
